About Patricia Olson

Patricia Olson

I was born in Kansas City, Missouri on July 30, 1961. I am a self taught artist who has had the passion for art my whole life. I knew even in grade school that I wanted to pursue art as a career and was reprimanded for selling my drawings to other students. I have always used all mediums In addition to my many canvas paintings, I have created several large murals in the home I once lived in Archie Mo., I live alone with my two dogs in Maplewood MO.. My three children have ventured out into the world. My 21 year old son and my twenty six year old daughter, and the other, a thirty six year old son who is in the Air Force, has made me the proud grandmother of two boys.
